Your waiting-list privacy
A clear explanation of what happens when you join.
What you sign up for
Joining gives TerraBase permission to email you a confirmation and access updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.
What we keep
We keep your email address, your waiting-list preference, when and how you agreed to receive updates, the page you joined from and its language market. We also record whether our email provider accepted a confirmation message. If you accept optional measurement, your signup can also include campaign labels and advertising click identifiers.
We use short-lived abuse-prevention records to limit repeated requests. We do not need access to your device, messages or online accounts for the waiting list.
Optional measurement
With your permission, PostHog, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Reddit use optional browser storage, cookies and browser signals to measure page visits, interactions with our examples and accepted waiting-list requests. Campaign labels, advertising click identifiers and the landing-page identifier help us understand which messages bring people here. We share these measurement signals with the providers only after you accept optional measurement. Analytics events use selected page and funnel fields rather than form contents. PostHog also receives session timing and scrolling, full error messages and stack traces, browser console logs (log, info, warning, error and debug), and operational logs for consented waiting-list requests. Log messages and their arguments are forwarded in full and may contain personal information if the application or a third-party script writes it to a log. We do not separately collect request bodies, cookies or form fields for logging. We use an anonymous identifier for this browser tab; session replay, automatic interaction capture, automatic form matching and person profiles are disabled. Learn how Google uses information received from sites and apps.
Choosing Reject optional leaves these tools off. The waiting list works either way. Use Privacy choices in a landing page’s footer to change your choice. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
If you withdraw permission, we stop optional measurement on the page and remove accessible measurement cookies and campaign attribution saved in this browser. Campaign attribution already saved with a signup remains part of that record; you can request its deletion through the contact below. This cannot undo events already sent. Each provider’s privacy policy explains its handling of measurement data: PostHog, Google, Meta and Reddit. Optional tags are not loaded on this privacy page or the unsubscribe page.
Who processes it
TerraBase manages this waiting list. Cloudflare provides the website and database infrastructure. Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) processes email addresses and message content to send our emails.
Invisible bot protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks signup attempts to help prevent automated abuse. It processes technical browser and device signals for this security check. Its use is covered by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum. You do not need to complete this check to unsubscribe.
Your choice, including after you leave
We keep your signup while you are on the waiting list. If you unsubscribe, we stop access updates and keep a suppression record so another signup request cannot put you back on the list without your permission. Unsubscribing does not automatically erase this record.
Contact and data requests
You can ask for access to your information, a correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent. Contact admin@getterrabase.app.
If applicable data-protection law gives you the right to complain to a supervisory authority, you can exercise that right.
